Where to begin the 40% of my salary they are deducting or the fact that you now charged for every transaction you do on the app or that no department can help its always phone this department then that department say no its the first one... abysmal customer service. 2 months i have been trying to get the right department. Im done with fnb opened another account and you want me to pay you ,we have to get past the ******* monies deducted... no longer helping their customers *****s and *******

I am unavailable answering calls before 12 due to my work and responsibilities but all the agents phone before 12 after i asked numerous times to log it. So now your staff wants me to phone them. I get charged for account even after i asked how we can stop and close. Terrible customer service. You have a great product but your unable to maintain it and help customers with problems
