I am so so so pleased to say that I finally found one of the genuinely competent gems at FNB.<br> <br> Even on his own, this man's insights into my current banking requirements and what would make me happy as a customer are worth commending. If we put his hopeless colleagues as a baseline, then you Mr. Rorisang are an absolute outlier as a top performer.<br> <br> Please do keep up your sterling attitude and level of service and hopefully you find a better place to showcase your talent!
