Sour G****s

In 2017 I opened up and Share Saver investment account with FNB and thought I would try this share saving. So I deposited a set amount and also made out a debit order for a certain amount to be deducted, but I never had any money in my account for the debit order to happen due to finances. But at the time that I opened the account I had to deposit R300 and nothing less, which in turn someone in that department took the money an invested it for me. But not once was I ever consulted in what or where I would like to invest my money in, then eventually later I withdrew that money. Needless to say I ran a loss, but it didn't stop to try again and again someone at FNB took my money to invest. Again I wasn't consulted and my money was invested into the same two companies again, so I started monitoring this account with everything that is happening in the world only to discover that I have never made any profit from this investment. So I call FNB to find out how come since 2019 this account hasn't made me any profit, so now I get told that it is your responsibility to trade. So you have to decide when to buy and sell, but not once was I consulted if this is where I wanted to invest my money. I feel like real idiot now because I thought that FNB was more concerned that they had their customer best interest at heart, so now I was advised that I could sell my shares and just accept the loss. Why didn't you FNB take the time out to explain and consult with the customer on how Share Saver works, but not to sound bias or anything. But would you have given me the same treatment if I was multi millionaire investor? I am really starting to think if I am banking with the right bank? Is this bank for me? I realize that I have now lost more than I gained at FNB
