I am waiting for 7 months for GEPF to pay out my pension. Eventually it was sent for payout. Now it cannot pay out for the past 3 weeks due to a technical problem from FNB according to Francois Malherbe at GEPF. The system which verifies the members details is not functioning. Meantime FNB is hammering me with unpaids and interests while they seem to be the delaying factor. If this is the case I hope that they will be decent enough to refund those costs. My vehicle and house is also at risk. HOW CAN WE HELP!
