Sort it out!

Absolutely ridiculous service! I had a debit order run off through pay fast for R650, I had over R1000 in my account. Every time payfast debited FNB rejected it DESPITE MONEY BEING IN MY ACCOUNT! The result I am now in the minus because of "failed debit order" and the response from FNB? NOTHING! So this fool bank has now charged me for a mistake on there part! And my debit order has still not gone of! What kind of half assed service is that!
