Sometimes it gets done right

I have been experiencing some financial strain recently due to the actions of an un-named medical company. FNB has been incredibly accommodating and understanding of my situation. They have extended deadlines, accommodated late payments without penalties and just generally provided a very good and understanding service in this tough time for me. Thank you
