Sometime in the last quarter of the year I was advised that I can link my wife's card with mine so that she can pay cheaper on her premiums. A card was ordered for her but never arrived but the banking charges were reviewed and abd decreased. Then we never got the card and no one could assist us even at the Mall @ Reds. So now she is been charged the normal banking charges again. We spend 1k just on banking charges that's really crazy. Can someone contact us to sort this out.
