Something Minor-Service is always great!

Hi Guys, hope all is well,no complaints on my side im just struggling to get ahold of someone to assist me as the advisor/bot on the app does not to redirect me to the correct department. I please need assistance with the following: -activate my debit order mandate for my fnb connect account-I got a laptop through you guys and I see the debit order didnt collect. -I wish to settle my personal loans-please send me the settlement letters and stop the debit orders.
