Something Does not Smell Right with FNB

Why do you allow my account to go into overdraft if I do not have an overdraft facility? Two debit orders were cancelled, and the money was moved my other FNB account from which I paid by EFT the other debit order. Therefore there was no funds available for the cancelled debit orders. It is well to know that the 2 companies advised me to do this as the debit order will also be automatically cancelled after the 2nd unsuccessful attempt. Yet FNB keeps paying them in order to claim unnecessary bank charges. I am sure the Ombudsman will have something to say about this
