Someone's *****ing from my bank account

I have been a customer with FNB since my first bank account and have never considered another bank until now. I have repeatedly had security issues with regards to my account and have struggled to get these resolved by your ***** team. I have repeatedly had issues with my account being **********ly used and accessed.

This is the 4th time that I have had someone make internet purchases with a card of mine without my permission. The first 3 times I reported it to ***** I never got feedback and instead had to search for these websites and contact them for them to reverse the transaction and they have done so. Again on 16 September 2018 I had an unauthorised transaction for R768.57 which I immediately reported telephonically and was given the case number 435 629. This transaction was done with an old card as I received a new personalized card a few weeks before, which I could not understand how my account had two active cards. The consultant cancelled the card but said he could not stop the transaction from happening which I disputed because I am advising that it is not an authorized transaction so it should be frozen while they investigate. Today my salary was deposited into my account and the money was deducted much to my dissatisfaction.

At this point, the only solution I can think of is closing my account and opening a new one with another bank because I have previously changed accounts but am still having the same problem and FNB seems to have no answers to it. I am in the process of getting a Taxify car and wanted to open a new account for that income but am not going to do that with FNB because of their inability to keep my money safe and defend me when I advise that something is wrong has deeply disappointed me. Once again I had to find the website and request a refund so must now hope and pray that it happens as I have little faith in my banks' ability to assist me.
