I have been sent numerous e-mails to say someone will be contacting me soon , I would like to know 1) Who this someone is what is this persons name 2) The exact date when shortly is ( how many days is shortly - currently it's two weeks) 3) The direct contact telephone no and e-mail address of someone - as they seem to have a problem operating a telephone or e-mail.

So will SOMEONE SOMEWHERE IN FNB PHONE ME SOMETIME TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM SOMEHOW OVER AN UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT OF TIME.
