Some tips on how to run a circus

FNB has become a circus & there is no ring master. 1) Have been waiting 5 days for someone to help at online banking PLEASE DON"T GET the help desk to phone this apparently is a problem that has been escalated & I was suppose to hear within 24-48 hours. 2) Please can someone that actually make some changes from HEAD OFFICE phone me back about the non working arrangement at your branches specially Woodbridge & Greenstone. 3) Can some from Credit Card division please phone me for some helpful suggestions regarding collection of the credit cards.
