Some app features not working and secure chat centre agents don't have solution

The chat agents who are usually on point disappointed this morning. In my FNB banking app non of my cards are showing (physical and virtual). I was transferred from one agent to another until I got fed up. FNB usually doesn't work properly on Sundays -- I've had transactions decline for no reason I assume they perform some sort of maintenance on Sunday? I just wish I could get a clear answer or the issue was escalated instead of the musical chairs.
