Please thank Kgomotso Bocibo from FNB Digital Banking Support in person. He just called me and explained that my old Huawei phone no longer supports tap to pay. My frustration waiting for 15 days getting an answer on my tap to pay problem is gone. He must be an expert on the FNB digital banking side. He explained it so beautifully and professionally.
