Sole Proprietor Name Correction

I can see why FNB has more red stars than green.

I opened a Sole Proprietor account with FNB. I've been trying to get the name corrected, with my CIPC documents. I have phoned at least 10 times to have this rectified and continually get told it will take 3 business days. Well we're 2 months in and still NOTHING has been changed. I have literally rep**** on the *** and followed up 5 times with ZERO response. I keep getting told the name belongs to someone else, when I OWN it on CIPC.
