So..i have a personal loan with theae clowns....and since loaasing my job last year october..i have tried my best to keep payments uo to date to the best of my ability...Now for the last 4 months now is very difficult and i am on and off behind on a months payment...so i asked for help to catch up on the arrears...was told that i could pay R250 pmfor the next 6 months...ok..coll seem fair...then my debit order went off twice....AFTER WE MADE THIS ARRANGEMENT..ok...i hade the debit reversed....next month same thing...then the arrangrd 250 did not go of...but doudle debit...I am so regretfull in EVER taking out this loan from fnb.. Speaking on secure chat to yiur undertrained staff is even worse...there is no responce from them..then i type my text...and then get kicked out the chat as i am not responding..
