Soft skills in the ***** department

I would like to acknowledge the ***** department agents I dealt with recently. I was quite panicked and paranoid and the agents demonstrated patience and empathy and helped me understand what was happening. I get the sense that these agents have had soft skill training in how to deal with panicked clients. Thank you very much for your support
