Social media the place to get things done...

I saw a billboard stating \Best business bank, 3 years in a row\". Why do someone at the best business bank have to revert to complaining to get anything done. Once again I have to post here. <br> <br> My advise for small business owners, find someone that care about your growing process. <br> <br> All I want to know is if the business qualify for a credit card, even with no credit, but to use it to make up for the bank charges we pay on the cheque card when swiping. So, online no one can help me. The call centre can't help me. The business desk can't help me. Credit card devision can't help me. My relationship manager resigned before I could meet her. And yes you guessed it, no one has been appointed in her place. <br> <br> I went to the branch in The Grove. First you receive a ticket to state I will wait 32 minutes to be helped. When I asked if they would help me before they close, the answer was that the relationship manager just left, 20 minutes before closing time because I didn't make an appointment. <br> <br> So now after waisting two weeks of calls and time, who can I contact, or can someone contact me, to see if my business could apply for a credit card? <br> <br> Thank you best business bank!!!"
