FNB's so called \Premier\" bank account with their \"team of personal bankers\" can't even get back to me on a simple eBucks query within the time that THEY promise me they will, yet they are more than happy to charge me exorbitant bank fees. Maybe I should consider switching to someone who can provide me with actual service when I need it?"
