SO UPSET AS TIME IS MONEY which I have now wasted a day on !

I must be the only customer in the world not to have the correct ccv at the back of my card........I went online and ordered another one as I cannot do online banking without these numbers. I was called to ask for an appropriate time of delivery from Take a lot......booked a time and date......and they didnt pitch. When I called take a lot at 5-30pm to find out where the hell they were......as I have now been waiting all day for the delivery of the card.....they told me their operating hours where from 8am to 6pm.......then the line went dead....what is happening to our country......can you not even depend on a bank and take a lot to deliver on time.
