So UPSET

I am so upset and disappointed with FNB!!! The same problem over and over again! My fnb debt protection plan was approved and I've called because debit orders kept going off and my account kept getting over drawn because of this and I was paying interest I shouldn't have been and they said it was sorted and the debit orders wouldn't go off again, my complaint was escalated and they promised me it was sorted! 2 months later it happens again and I'm back in the same position trying to call them but not getting through and it's 8:30 but they supposedly open at 8am.but I'm still being asked to email because it's outside their working hours. This is so frustrating because it keeps happening!!
