A payment was made on the evening of the 02/12/2021 at 18:08:49. Had you not withheld that payment, the beneficiary would have been credited on the 03/12/2021. You had the whole of Friday and the whole of Saturday to verify that this payment was not **********, but you did not use this opportunity to ensure that the beneficiary received payment ASAP. So, because of this and your unhelpful attitude, this is what is going to happen. The current account *** will be CLOSED and you will no longer hold the Will in safe custody and neither will FNB be elected as the Executors of the Estate, when that day eventually comes. Poor judgement, inadequate "suspicious transaction monitoring" and unhelpful staff has cost you this account with all Fiduciary Services. Good-bye and good riddance.
