So So helpless

I'm unbeliabley frustrated with each and evry consultant at FNB. I've even gone into examples and no one every understands my position.

Yet again, I will use an example. please don't phone me until this example has been understood.

1) My income is R10 000, my rent is R10 000. 2) I want to apply for a homeloan, were the repayment will be R10 000. 3) The system looks at the above and say no affordaBILITY.

However I won't be paying rent anymore so I have R10 000 available for my homeloan.

Please dont make this technical by saying I have groceries to pay, rates and taxes and stuff!! This is an example!! I need assistance with someone that understands the example to assist with my real problem.

Everyone doesnt take the rental SAVING into account. I wont be renting I will move and stay in a homeloan house.

This is so extremyly frustrating,
