So sick and tired of this no app and service is pathetic!!!!!!!!!

Phone them this morning to reverse 2 debit order which I have disputed before but you know what people are like they say they will stop it and they never do. So I phoned because I have got no that option to do it myself due to the covid . Both debit orders is under R200,00 and when I phoned he gave me another number to phone and they just hang up. So what de hell how do you gt hold of FNB??? They are such a big bank with no promises. I need someone to phone me like in today.
