SO OVER THIS ****PY SERVICE

As an account holder i would expect that if i want to change a debit order i can do so without getting my HR involved. Why must i send a letter to FNB to change my Debit order date when i am the account holder the morel of the story is if you want me to pay my accounts on time then the debit order has to change. Please can someone call me regarding this as i am very ready to change banks, i would not like to as i have been with FNB since i was 12 but i am being forced into a corner!
