So over apologies

My Terriable ordeal begain when I made the choice to move from Standard bank to FNB, everything was good and well until I had to call to complain everyday of my life....firstly I app**** for an FNB Gold cheque account online and I was contacted by a consultant on the who was very nice but she made a mistake with my conact details and sent all my personal infomation to my mother who I had only listed as a beneficary for a policy I was offered by this consultant , Secondly I was told by the consultant that I would recieve my card in 4 - 5 working days and I would soon be contacted by the courier company they used. A week later still no card. on friday the 18th of Novemeber 2016 I recieved a call from another consultant from FNB and he said that he called my mother and got my contact details from her and he would fix my contact deatils on their system and he would also make sure the courier company would contact me and my card would be delievered on wednessday which STILL did not happen. so on wednesday morning I called the FNB call center and asked whats happening with my card and they told me to call the courier company which they delt with and find out what the hold up is because as far as they know the card was sent the courier company...which was a lie..( no suprises there ) so I called the courier company and I was told that they have not recieved the card, so I had to call FNB AGAIN!!!!!! AT THIS POINT IM LIVID I called the complaints department (kept my cool though) explained what was going on and they said they would sort it out immideatly and indeed they did, the courier company called me 15 minutes after I had called FNB and they got my details down and they delivered my card yesterday afternoon. I was all smiles and I went ahead and tried to Activate my card online didnt work so I called FNB once again and I was told that soon as money is deposited into my account it will activate however theres a 24hr - 48 hr hold on the account the hold will be lifted as soon as they recieve my ID copy and prood of residence , I asked one of the consultance that I had spoken to on wednesday if I could email him my proof of residence since I had aready emailed him a copy of my ID and he said yes so the hold could be lifted , so I sent him the proof of residence and he said that he will work on getting the hold lifted and he called me after about 5 minutes and told me everything is sorted Ican go ahead and use my card. So i changed my banking details with the payroll manager at work and she paid my salary into my new FNB account. so there I am trying to withdraw at checkers and my card declines I asked the lady at the till to try again and it declines again...Icalled FNB compalints line to get this sorted out beause all my money is in this account and I have no access to it and I was told that someone would get back to me...im still waiting....im so disapointed with FNB because... this is my first encounter with this bank and will definatly be my last im so over their incompetence. IM SOOOOOOOO OVER THIS BANK
