So much for switching!

I recently switched my personal account to FNB after many years of banking with another bank, but now it looks like I should have just stayed where I was! The cheque account application went fine - then a consultant from FNB phoned me offering me a credit card which I accepted, as I obviously need one. I clearly told her that I receive investment income only, which I was told was no problem - I went through the whole process, sending in all the documentation necessary - but after 2 weeks have received no feedback. After phoning today - I was told I don't qualify as someone who receives investment income doesn't qualify! You must be joking????? Thanks for nothing FNB and for wasting my precious time! I will take my business and investment income elsewhere!
