So much for being a \Premier\" Client"

I upgraded my Gold Cheque Card via FNB Online Banking Website. On 16 February 2016 I collected my new card and asked the clerk to upgrade my Credit Card, he said he will put through the upgrade and I would receive a text when my card is ready. On 09 March, I get a call from an FNB agent, asking whether I would like to upgrade my CC to premier, I explained that I have already requested an upgrade at the branch. Still no CC.
On 09 March, I received an email from a \Premier Banker\" saying that I cannot upgrade my CC to premier, as my annual income is not enough.
On 15 March, I received a contract from the same \"Premier Banker\" with a contract attached that I had to sign. I signed the documents, attached the documents required and mailed it to the relevant email address. The only response I got to this was:
Good day I trust this email finds you well. Please assist in accordance to the attached signed quotation. I trust you find the above in order.
Not understanding what the person wanted from me, I phoned the \"Premier\" Call Center and was told that a request to call me back was put through. Since then: NO communication from FNB.
Clearly being \"Premier\" just causes more hassles! "
