So much for a private banker

On the 23/ October /2006 I paid Sanral Etoll R 145 & R150 via the Sanral platform by means of POS. Unfortunately after payment, the money was on pending balance side and stayed there for almost a month. On the 28/ November /2016 the money was no longer visible on Pending Balance side I checked with Sanral still my account at Sanral was on a negative. I called premier banking on Friday 02/ December /2016, only to be told that the money was paid on 29/ November /2016 that's internal transfer to my cheque account. So funny the available balance was R11165 whereas it was supposed to go up to R 11450. On Saturday the 3rd I called my private banker since she did not respond to my e mail dated 29/November /2016. Apparently I was helped by one rude banker, who assumed that for me not being unable to trace the funds maybe I was in arrears. And how is that possible if my account is up to date with healthy balance. All I need is my money back, if the tables were turned I would have been harassed by calls or text messages to pay back the money. Even if my account will go overboard by R4, I would be reminded like a ***** to rectify my account. So please pay back my R295 it's of great value to me.

Thanks to Reneilwe, the matter was explained to me in detail. Unlike the lady I spoke to on Saturday. Keep it up Reneilwe.
