So much bank fees just thinking about closing my account

You wanna know whats messed up been with fnb for years I had a private wealth account 4 days after tey tool the account fee of R500 I saw I couldn't afford it o downgrade my account to a gold cheque account and I did think fnb would at least refund me the R499 bank fee it took for the private wealth account as I downgrade 4 days after it was taken but guess what they stll even changed me a R66 because I downgradeed to a gold cheque account like what the hell fnb and then unauthorised debt orders did go.off my account and I was charged fees for it R110 for each one because there was no funds this is unacceptable fnb to treat a customer like this with all this unnecessary fees I expected if I go to a cheaper account with in 4 days of that big amount being taken off the R500 for the account fees that it would of at least been refunded I can't afford all this fees you guys really messed up my financial situation this month and I'm disappointed at this bank I don't think I should continue banking with such a horrble bank I'm really disappointed at what has been happening I'm even struggling to put food on the table I can't afford to lose so much money I have to go sleep hungry because of fnb
