So many days to get a bank statement?? Really??

So it takes FNB around two weeks to do a simple thing and send me my bank statements. The consultant who I spoke to today, authenticated me and then the call cut but she didn't even bother to call me back. I guess perhaps because she sounded like she woke up from a nap. I explained the urgency of me needing to get the bank statements to the banker assigned to my account as I need to sort out my credit life claim. First contact 16 March 2021 and today the 24 March 2021 and still no bank statements. Absolutely pathetic service.
