So irritating

I ma starting to wonder if FNB is worth my time really. A whole 2 weeks of call, all over 30 minutes long, trying to chat on the app but to know avail but I bet my account will be frozen. I keep getting a SMS to do the SARS update on my profile, I have never had another bank ask me for this anyway, but it has been mission impossible 200000 to get help.
