So frustrating!!!!!

I had an easy account that was converted to a fusion account. The fusion account was paid up and all my accounts with Fnb accounts were closed on 25 October 2022. Till date my fusion account comes up as an abandoned account but yet it was paid in May or June 2022. I called to ask for an account closure letter or a letter stating that my fnb fusion account has been paid up, they tell me to go to the branch, I went to the branch and they tell me I can only call, so I sat in the branch with an employee and I called, fusion department puts me through to the risk department and the risk department puts me back to the fusion, it’s just been circles. No one in fnb not online or in store can help me, when I explain the situation no one knows what I’m earth they are doing… for the past few days this has been THEE MOST DRAINING SITUATION.
