So FNB refuse to respond or disclose dubious loan

I have written a complaint to FNB concerning a bank loan I took out with them 30-31 July 2015.<br> <br> I had complained about their malicious system that wrongly deducts money multiple times over a period of 8 weeks.<br> <br> Initially FNB deducted the correct amount of money which was agreed upon to, every friday. This is what happened initially from august to december.<br> <br> Then all of a sudden in december until start february they haven't deducted anything. But the moment they started with deductions again on 5 February 2016 a lot of drawback started. <br> <br> Including<br> 1) inflating the existing loan balance with about R400 (an UNIDENTIFIED amount) from 5 february;<br> <br> 2) showing the same loan balance for 3 consecutive weeks whilst deducting money between 19 February <br> 2016 until 4 march 2016. <br> <br> 3) Yet once more inflated the loan balance amount with R80 between 1 April and 2 April for no reason whatsoever all whilst successfully deducting money every consecutive friday.<br> <br> I have complained on wednesday 6 april about these unexplained amounts and figures and requested FNB to respond on the activities on this loan account. Until date (3 business days passed) they failed to respond or disclose ANY details.
