So dissapointed in FNB :'(

I wanted to go consolidate my debt with a personal loan but left the store with a credit card application aswell because the consultant sold me on one. This was Friday the 28th

I was told the applications where approved and I just needed to wait.

Days and days later im told my loan application was unsuccesful and now today im told my credit card application was unsuccesful after being assured by consultants over the phone it has been approved the day prior.

Ive complained with their customer care yesterday in the morning about the whole incident and was promised theyll get back to me before the end of the day. I still havent received a call from them two days later.

The amount of dissapointment I have in my bank is just beyond words and brings tears. I will never in my life apply for any type of credit from FNB again.The amount of grief and stress they have put me through is ********.I have learned not to trust them ever again.
