So dissapointed

Im badly dissapointed ive been with my bank for a good amount of time... Im in a difficult place with my brother being in hospital and litteraly fighting for his life.... I app**** for a loan due to medical equipment that is needed for my brother but was declined due to my affordability profile.... First of all the way there system works it out is not correct as it shows i earn less than i do.... To a bank you are also just a number they dont care for you at all....i have something against my name that i did not know of but when i found out about it i started paying it and itd almost paid up... Its shows on my bank statement and it shows that since paying it i have not missed one weekly debit.... And that it will be paid up within the next 6 weeks..... According to their affordability assesment i have a 3000 rand disposable income but yet i cant afford a loan of 1000 to 1500 a month? That does not make sense....i also pre qaulify for life and dread disease cover for a premium of almost 600 a month.... so if they want my money my affordability is not a problem but when i need help i cant afford it..... My brother has leukemia and both his kidneys shut down.... Hes in a critical condition receiving daily blood transfusions and dialises to stay alive.. but thats the way this goes... I dont have millions in the bank so i dont mean anything to them.... I am at the end of my rope and dont have any more options but thats on me.... Just dissapointed that my bank could not care less
