So disgusted

Previously I complained about the loans department regarding the covid relief and nothing was done about it. I lodged a complaint again regarding my loan deduction a d it was sorted. I have the very same issue this month and I've been trying to get it sorted to no avail... FNB employees hear once word of a sentence and decide that that's the division you'd like to speak to without hearing you out.

I have a major issue that needs to be sorted out ASAP. It's been one whole week with no joy from FNB.

My loan installment was deducted twice again + an additional R683 (agreement which was cancelled).

I need this money refunded AGAIN because I had made arrangements prior to this.
