So Disappointed

FNB should really vet and train their consultants to provide their services with empathy. I was ****** of my ID, Bank Cards and phone on Sunday 20 January. I tried to do banking on my computer only to discover that my profile was not verified. Then in a panic Monday morning I call this consultant by the name of Katleho, first thing i could tell was he really wasn't in the mood to assist- it was a monday, understandably- then he asked me a couple of security questions which I answered- I've done it before with some empathetic consultants'- after that he seemed unsatisfied- then he moved into some jargony questions which one cant remember at a drop of ones heart, especially when distressed and traumatised like postal codes and things- long story short I failed my security test- I managed to get a new phone tried cellphone banking also not working- How can I know all my pins, online banking and cellphone banking, sensitive information like that then fail stupid things like zip codes and that has an effect on my banking profile- I'm done with this bank once that is settled. Employ critical thinkers not bureaucratic robots.

I even sent them an email... but "crickets" use this bank your own risk because if tragedy strikes... you're on your own.... do not masquerade incompetence, *********** hires and bureaucracy under security.. why employ humans when AI can do the same thing... I'm so vexed... one *********** professional holding the key to my finances.. Advice do sobriety tests on your sensitive employees

We can not rely on what mood the consultants are are on, train your people very well.... do psychometric tests especially with such sensitive matters. Fit people where they belong...You cannot vest enormous power in single consultants you are dealing with people and decision have REAL consequences and these consequences present a domino effect... I'm done with this bank.. I mean, zip code, really?
