So disappointed

@FNBSA a client is struggling on the ATM and she ends up asking for assistance... There's an employee by the door, I ask her to assist the lady at the ATM and she says she will do so at her own time. Now the queue doesn't move bcz it's only 2 machines.FNB Mams Mall should really have a talk with their employees. The employee is light in complexion,short and has blonde braided hair... Clients shouldn't beg 4 client service, she should've atleast told her to wait on the side and assist her later and let other people use the ATM
