So Disappointed

I contacted FNB regarding ***** on my cheque account. I received the documentation for the claim after which I sent it to the relevant email address for processing. After the documentation was sent there was no communication from FNB AT ALL. I had to phone them myself to check on the status (the service consultant was so rude because I could not give her a reference number, which I never received) and again to check whether or not I was going to be refunded. <br> <br> I hope that this is not the type of service I must expect from FNB going forward.
