So called premier service for premier clients!!!

I had a debit order that went off my account and after numerous attempts of trying to contact my so called premier department i eventually came through to someone. They then told me they can’t reverse the debit order and I must speak to the service provider whom i also can’t get a hold of! This is utterly unacceptable as i pay for a service every month that i do not receive!
