So called funeral policy

Have been trying for 3 months to obtain a copy of this policy as well as the value. Today was put through from one service to another telephonically. And guess what, no landline number!

Liberty life claim that my address is some where in ISANDO-a commercial district. A request was made for telephone address and changes just like that! And I would get a copy in my mail box within 5minutes!!

Wow was fabulous service... never materialized!

Questions: How can FNB dare to provide a service and then claim they have no responsibility?

Why has Liberty fudged my address and failed to reply to written and verbal queries as to the status is this account.? As has FNB who is shifting all responsibility to LIBERTY and the client.

I can only assume that this is a **** of the first degree.

Wonder whose preminium I have paid??? I have cancelled this online and now I have to pay FNB a service fee for cancellation to add insult to injury.

My advise to others are do not undertake any such policy via FNB, even if they have changed their underwriters. BE very careful.

Last just to be clear I have attempted over the years to obtain a hard copy of this policy from both FNB and their underwriters... was informed no need as it was automatic.... wiser and definitely out of pocket and very disappointed!!
