So called 7 days investment notice account

I opened a 7 day investment account with FNB in fourways. I suddenly had an emergency and I needed to withdraw some of the money on Friday for assistance. I spoke to a Christopher in investments and the branch manager as to have access to the funds in this account but I have not received any help. I told them they can charge me whatever service fee but still I am not receiving any help. As I type this I am in the branch and still, I am not receiving any help from this branch. I just need access to MY money as I said I have an emergency that can't wait. I have been to the branch three times since Friday and I require assistance on the matter at hand.
