Why is it that for my tap limit to be set up so a pin is required I need to use my card? Why can it not be done without using your card? You need to do better than this. In a world where everything can be done you should be able to do this every time I complain and all you say is sorry. Sorry doesn't replace my waisted airtime, not my time.
