SO ANGRY!

I am so angry with Bracken City FNB, first problem they are so slow its not even funny. On month end the branch opens at 08:30 only I mean that bank is busy, the people were standing outside endless. Secondly when we got helped with regards to an incorrect deposit we were advised that the deposit might not be reversed but the call centre advise us it is possible. The funds is still not reversed and its putting us in a bad light with the creditor. I want this resolved ASAP!!!<br> <br> Worst bank ever I am def going to switch end of this month to someone that is competent and customer orientated!
