Sneeky bank charges detailed nowhere

I logged into my account today and noticed a charge of R3.98 for a standing online purchase. This online purchase has been deducted from my account since 2018 and has never attracted a bank fee, as all "credit card purchases" were included in the monthly fee. I am aware the bank updates their fees annually in July and had already reviewed the updated pricing guide for the current year. I could not find this fee anywhere in the credit card section. I logged a query with the bank and was told that it relates to an international card payment which now attracts a 2% fee (even though this payment is only charged in a set rand price and is exactly the same every month!). I told them that it specifically states FNB Card Purchases - No charge and asked that they refer me to the page of the pricing guide where this is detailed. As far as I can tell, this new charge is only detailed in the Cheque account section and the Credit Card section only states FNB Card Purchases - No Charge. This is a complete misrepresentation and this charge should be reversed.
