Sneaky Charges

<p>I have an FNB Private clients Cheque account and one of my benefits is that i get free access to the Airport Slow lounge. In June 2017 I was at OR Tambo International Airport, i was waiting for my Flight and then I decided to go to the FNB slow Lounge. To my suprice after 2 weeks I get a deduction of R250 on my cheque account <br />#SLOW LOUNGE FEE. I was never told I will be charged to use the slow lounge. Why am i being charged if this is one of my cheque account benefits? I'm tired of all the sneaky charges from FNB. I tried to enquire about this throught the online banking contact form and i got a message that my private banker will get back to me within 48 hours but no one contacted me and its now been 2 weeks. Everyone beware of FNB's sneaky charges. Bad service and attitude.</p>
