Sneaking in a monthly fee
I received my monthly statement and the first thing I noticed my repayments went up by R40. Someone decided they needed pocket money and bolted on R40 to my repayment. I checked my previous statements and this R40 was not there. If they do this to 1 million people without asking they made R40 000 000 in one take ! To me it has been done the first time but how many are out there not noticing it or just keep quiet about it. I checked the pricing options and nothing is mentioned about this R40. PLEASE TAKE IT OUT!!!
