Snail response from uninterested consultants
Sent a cancelation of my policy 2 days back and i receive was an auto response mail, your people are useless i sent a query 2 weeks back n only rep**** on Monday that they cant pick up my details how's that possible if i rep**** to a mail with this policy number FI***. Cancel the policy the service is pathetic

03 Jul 2023, 11:18My policy still not cancelled i haven't received any cancelation letter, instead an email from fnb life stating that they can't get hold of me telephonically which is a lie, I don't have any missed calls I did respond with my call log the only call received on Friday was from complaints department amd the lady promised to get someone to sort it out. But still waiting. Fnblife dpt didn't bother to respond
