Snail Mail would be faster than the chat function

FNB has a chat function seemingly is manned by two people. Two days in a row I waited 50 minutes with no indication that anyone is going to respond or if you're moving up your position.

When you do get to chat, the length of time between responses is painfully slow.

There are so many ways to improve this, but having a semi-functional service is pointless.
